High-Performance ML Engineer

At Arm, we're seeking a highly skilled High-Performance ML Engineer to join our Central Technology, Machine Learning (CT-ML) group. This role is critical in driving the development of high-performance ML workloads on Arm CPUs, requiring the co-development of algorithms and highly optimized CPU kernels.
Responsibilities:This position involves analyzing ML workloads, rapid prototyping of highly optimized CPU kernels to drive model performance and accuracies. You'll work closely with our team to create an efficient kernel code development framework, including tools and testing.
Required Skills and Experience:- Strong interest and passion for implementing high-performance kernel code in a dynamic environment.
- 4+ years of experience in implementing high-performance CPU kernels with vector and matrix extensions.
- Experience measuring and understanding performance.
- Deep understanding of CPU architecture.
- Knowledge of ML models and algorithms is a plus.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Architecture and Software are a plus.
