As a Volvo Cars Product Specialist with Lipscomb, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and pricing. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of Volvo's product range, including their latest models and technologies. You will work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive sales and after-sales support, ensuring that customers receive a seamless experience from initial contact to delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Volvo's product range, including their latest models and technologies.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive sales and after-sales support.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 20 days holiday rising to 25 days long service, company contributory pension scheme, staff and family discount schemes, and manufacturer and in-house training opportunities.
