The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our food and beverage team at Holiday Inn Edinburgh. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the restaurant and bar for service, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Act as the face of the business, providing exceptional hospitality service and maintaining the hotel's brand reputation.
- Engage with guests, take food and beverage orders, and use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on our guests' faces.

Holiday Inn Edinburgh is a premier hotel located midway between Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, offering 303 bedrooms, including Executive and Family rooms. Our Academy Conference Centre features 14 meeting rooms with panoramic views of the Pentland Hills, accommodating up to 120 guests. We also offer a fully equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna, and spa to help you relax and unwind.
