About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management, budgeting, and cost control for the operational services of the organisation. As a true business partner, you will manage and lead a small team of two, with key responsibilities including:

  • Supporting the production of accurate group management accounts, including reporting to senior management
  • Producing the monthly management accounts for the operational services functions; analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Business Partnering across the operations and central services functions, providing high-quality financial information and advice, challenging where appropriate
  • Supporting the month-end close process
  • Supporting the production of the annual budget
  • Leading and managing a small, high-performing team
  • Conducting financial analysis and reporting as required

Requirements

To be successful in the position, you will:

  • Be an ACCA, ACA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant or Finalist
  • Have proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Senior Management Accountant, or Finance Manager position
