We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our client's team in Dundee or surrounding areas. As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale concrete pours and managing teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Ensure all concrete works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Organise and coordinate plant and equipment for the works.
- Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and programmes.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on site.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in concrete works and management.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings.
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification advantageous.
- CSCS certification required.
