Managing a team of concrete workers doing preparation and set-up of concrete forms

Key Duties
- Responsible for managing a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors.
- Managing all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Organising all plant and equipment for the works.
- Working to programmes and deadlines.
- Ensuring health and safety is in place and adhered to.
- Carrying out quality checks.

Personal Requirements
- Extensive experience in concrete works.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Takes pride in producing high quality workmanship.
- Ability to understand construction drawings.
- SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous
- CSCS certified
- Clean driving licence
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20.00-£23.00 per hour
