Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Wards/Dispensary - Band 6/7

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to work with our NHS Hospital client in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Covering general medicine, surgery, and care of the elderly wards
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
