Senior Social Media Manager

Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across all platforms in multiple territories. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain a strong online presence for our brands, driving engagement and follower growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for our global franchises.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business requirements and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including platform partners, consumer products, and distribution, to support campaigns and product launches.
- Work closely with community managers to drive conversation, build insights, and grow audience.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights for senior management.
- Develop and manage social media budgets, ensuring effective ROI.
- Partner with external agencies, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence and fan engagement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance, fan engagement, and key insights.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in social media, preferably in the entertainment or kids industries.
- Proven track record of growing brands on social media, developing communities, and driving engagement.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge of social performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative and innovative thinking, with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
