Early Years Room Leader

Job Summary
Kido International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of educators to plan, organize, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum.
- Ensure the educators in your classroom take ownership of observing and assessing their key children, and support them in setting goals for each child.
- Be a role model for excellence, accountable for your team following standards and driving the growth, development, and progress of your team.
- Deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery.
- Assess and record children's progress and achievements.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
- Be an experienced Level 3 Educator and may already be a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader.

- Salary range of up to £31,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week.
