Pets at Home is a leading pet care retailer with a range of Pet Care Centres, Grooming salons, and Vets for Pets practices across the UK. Our Pet Care Centres are community-focused stores where local people work with local pet owners to help local pets.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Falmouth Pet Care Centre. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and customer service excellence
  • Assist with the management of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
