Thornbury Community Services is seeking an experienced Adult Complex Care Nurse to join our team in Cornwall. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a female client with Spinal Muscular Atrophy in a community-based setting.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our client, utilising your clinical expertise to enable them to live a safe and fulfilled life.
• Work collaboratively with our care coordinators and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience in adult complex care.
