About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Crawley, Acute services. This permanent position involves leading a team, developing policies, and providing compassionate leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a team of occupational therapists, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and care pathways to enhance patient care.
  • Support the appraisal and personal development of junior staff members, ensuring their growth and success.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PROFESSION QUALIFICATION
  • UK HCPC REGISTRATION
  • Substantial post-qualification clinical experience in adult services
  • Knowledge of occupational frames of reference and approaches
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical reasoning and decision-making
  • Specialist understanding of relevant assessment and treatment models
