About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Executive Partner to join our team at NICE, a market leader in AI, cloud and digital solutions. As an Executive Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with key decision makers from top down in assigned partner accounts.

Responsibilities
  • BUILDING PRODUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS: Establishes professional relationships with key decision makers to build a winning mentality.
  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
  • SALES TARGETS: Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • JV DEVELOPMENT: Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • TERRITORY MANAGEMENT: Able to enlist the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
  • EXECUTIVE INVOLVEMENT: Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
Requirements
  • SALES EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of achieving assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.
  • ACCOUNT PLANNING: Possesses the ability to create and follow up on partner account plans.
  • TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • CLOSING DEALS: Proven experience of Closing deals.
  • SELF-MOTIVATED: Self-Motivated.
  • SALES SKILLS: Selling to Customer Needs.
  • TERRITORY KNOWLEDGE: Has an exceptional understanding of the Contact Center Market.
  • Presentation Skills - Must possess the ability to sell and effectively build credibility in front of all levels of management, including an executive audience.
  • MEETING SALES GOALS: Proven track record of Meeting Sales Goals.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
