">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Statistician with expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research to join our team. As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in providing statistics expertise across the department's projects, focusing on Health Economics and Outcomes Research. You will work at the cutting edge of methods, applying your statistical expertise to the analysis of clinical trial data and real-world data.

- Demonstrate expertise in statistical methods, including conceptualising and delivering studies and projects.">
- Contribute to various stages of projects, including proposal development, protocol development, execution of statistical analyses, quality control, and report writing.">
- Support the development of other team members through training, contributing to internal resources, tools, and processes.">
- Contribute to developing innovative technology and advanced methods capabilities in this space, such as machine learning, quantitative bias analysis, and Bayesian methods.">
- Demonstrate and develop your expertise by contributing to thought leadership activities.">
Requirements
">We are looking for someone with a 2:1 degree or better in a numerate or science subject, preferably a health- or statistics-related Masters degree or PhD. You should have demonstrable experience in a statistical role, with consultancy experience preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in R or Python are highly desirable.
">You will be able to demonstrate initiative and creativity in your work, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent organisational and time management skills. A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment is essential.
">What We Offer
">As an Associate Consultant, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from hybrid working arrangements, 26 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time working), private medical insurance, and discounted gym memberships.
