Role Description:
Enfield Council is seeking an experienced social worker to deliver high-quality services to children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking quality assessments, developing intervention plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of effective services. This role requires a qualified social worker with over 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children and their families.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop targeted support strategies
- Prioritize tasks to maintain efficient service delivery and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with children, young people, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
Essential Requirements:
- Qualification in Social Work or equivalent recognized by Social Work England
- Minimum 2 years' experience in statutory settings working with vulnerable children and families
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience and location
