About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at LKQ Euro Car Parts. As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing a large team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Work closely with the Branch Manager to motivate and lead a large sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Sales and Operations: Manage sales, resource, and customer service within the branch to ensure both sales and operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Compliance and Performance: Ensure the branch is fully compliant with branch standards and maintain a balanced performance across key business measures.
  • HR and Development: Have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment to identify and develop existing talent within the business.
  • Customer Focus: Promote a customer-focused mindset to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership, motivating, and driving a sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience and a proven track record of accomplishments in managing key accounts.
  • Organisation and Resourcefulness: Organised and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
