We are currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to work in our Children's Residential Home in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
- Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Delivering personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere in the home, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience working with children with learning disabilities.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- An enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment checks.

- A salary range of £27,528 - £32,072 per annum, plus 60 per sleep-in.
