Childcare Coordinator

As a Childcare Coordinator in our residential setting, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with learning disabilities to reach their full potential.

A successful candidate will have experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, or non-verbal communication. Flexibility to work a rolling rota with sleep-in shifts is also required.

We are offering a competitive salary of £27,528 - £32,072 per annum, plus 60 per sleep-in, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes company pension, annual leave, double pay on Bank Holidays, and career progression opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include providing care and guidance in line with Ofsted regulations, ensuring each child's safety, education, and personal development.
