Job Overview

Role Summary

Challenge-TRG Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the complete candidate experience from registration to shift allocation, ensuring we retain our high-quality staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and induct new agency employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Attend daily meetings with client team managers to discuss requirements and agree on shift bookings.
  • Complete payroll, holiday bookings, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular floor walks to monitor H&S and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong drive to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Own vehicle essential for travel to client sites.
