The Joiner will be responsible for fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring, identifying and rectifying defects in void properties, working independently or as part of a team, and ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in Social Housing
  • Residency in close proximity to our business operations
  • NVQ certification
  • CSCS Card
  • Possession of a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License
  • Strong communication skills

Salary

A competitive salary of £19.00 per hour is on offer, along with the use of a company van and fuel card.
