Overview
Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their team on a temporary contract basis. As a Carpenter, you will work with one of our Social Housing Clients, undertaking various joinery tasks, including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in social housing, a valid CSCS card, NVQ certification, and a full clean UK driving license. Strong communication skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
  • Identifying and rectifying defects in void properties
  • Working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

What We Offer
This temporary contract offers a competitive salary of £19.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to work with a reputable client in the social housing sector. A company van and fuel card will also be provided to support your work.
