This is an exciting opportunity to work in our showroom in Dundee, bringing a passion for design and customer service to drive the sales of our kitchen and bathroom products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Listen to customer needs and provide expert advice on our products, identifying and recommending the best solutions for their needs.
  • Pro-actively generate new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the building supplies industry.
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, including design and installation.
  • Experience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar, would be an advantage.
  • Confident dealing with customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and work effectively as part of a team.
