Job Title: Manufacturing Process Quality Manager

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Quality Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards.

You will work closely with project management teams, leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes and managing inspection and certification control plans. Your expertise will drive quality across every aspect of our manufacturing process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inspection and certification control plans and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015.
  • Collaborating with project management teams on contract reviews, PPAP, and FAIR processes.
  • Leading APQP to meet customer expectations.
  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections, supporting final product sign-off, and managing non-conformance issues.
  • Conducting audits, analyzing performance metrics, and driving lean methodologies such as 5S and POKA YOKE.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining technical documentation, and working to defence standards.
