Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Education Specialist to lead a class of Year 5 students in delivering the KS2 curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

We require a qualified teacher with Mainstream school experience teaching in a Primary School setting, strong classroom and behaviour management skills, and experience working with students with SEND is desirable. In return, we offer an estimated salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Maintain a well-organised and tidy classroom environment
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Implement school policies and promote positive behaviour

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
  • Mainstream school experience teaching in a Primary School setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience working with students with SEND is desirable
