About the Job

Main Responsibilities

Your key duties will include:

  • Providing compassionate and empathetic care to patients
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Assisting with daily tasks and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Literacy level 1 or equivalent
  • Numeracy level 1 or equivalent
  • The Care Certificate
  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health or Health and Social Care
  • Experience in a public-facing/customer care role or environment
  • A minimum of 12 months care experience
