About the Role

We are seeking an experienced plumbing industry professional to join our team as a Plumbing Lecturer. As a skilled tradesperson with a passion for teaching, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 or higher qualification in Plumbing, along with at least 5-10 years of industry experience. A commitment to student safeguarding and welfare, as well as an approachable personality, are essential qualities for this role.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27k - £40k per annum, depending on experience, plus additional grants of £5k market supplement and £6k government levelling up fund. You will also receive a Teachers pension of 28.68%, holidays of 42 days + bank holidays, and access to on-site parking and a gym.
