About the RoleThe Paid Media Lead will report directly to the Group Head of Performance Media, playing a crucial role in ensuring that paid media briefs are integrated and executed effectively. The core responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive team in developing a meaningful strategic plan.
- Track the organization's performance against the strategic plan.
- Ensure the use of an effective and resource-efficient planning process.
- Support the organization in business unit/team strategy development.
- Develop business proposals to support the execution of the strategy.
- Lead SLAs for development and implementation across new business and existing clients.
- Continuously evolve the Paid Media ecosystem/infrastructure.
- Advanced understanding of Paid Social platforms.
- Ability to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign performance data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, industry bodies, and peers.
- Manage relationships with international colleagues.
- Responsible for building out strategic planning teams across continents.
- Keep abreast of key market trends and regulatory environments.
- Provide strategic direction and media planning support to clients.
- Utilize industry tools to inform innovative planning approaches.
