Environmental Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our central SHE team, you will be responsible for providing support to our London and the East region, specifically Bedfordshire, Northants, and projects in MK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure our sites comply with current legislation and group policy and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Identify and implement new and innovative ways to improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Provide leadership and support to staff and supply chain on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Respond to accidents and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring internal and statutory notifications are completed.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification (NEBOSH / Construction certificate)
- CSCS Card
- FASET, Confined Spaces, Scaffold Inspection, Fire Marshal (ideally)
- IOSH affiliated member
- Valid Driving licence
- Experience maintaining good standards of HS&E on construction and housing projects.
