Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) Manager to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, quality, and environmental sustainability across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct and review risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective safety training programs, ensuring all employees are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Lead health and safety audits and compile accident statistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform annual internal audits and manage audit schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental practices.
- Proven track record of ensuring safety and compliance across diverse operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
