Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality product support to customers, handling customer complaints efficiently, and ensuring resolution. They will also lead a team, providing coaching and support while possessing excellent reporting skills within Quality Control.

Duties:

  • Delivering quality product support to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution
  • Leading a team of quality control specialists
  • Conducting root cause investigations
  • Reviewing changes, including new equipment approvals
  • Supporting internal audits
  • Producing reports as required

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Quality Engineering, with expertise in customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, and team leadership. A background in Engineering and Production businesses would be beneficial.
