Cadeler A/S is a leading global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. With a growing team and rapidly expanding business, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our quality assurance team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer with a proven track record in ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal procedures. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality procedures, training and developing quality staff, and supplier quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality procedures to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for quality staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements and standards.
  • Tender management with respect to HSEQ input and standardization of documents.

Requirements:

  • Higher education level or engineering background.
  • ISO 9001 experience and lead auditor qualification.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • General IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office products.
