Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:
- Selling a high-quality range of roofing and building products to roofing merchants, independent merchants, national merchants, and national buying groups such as Rinus, Travis Perkins, SIG, and Burtons.
- Managing and developing dormant accounts to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Setting pricing structures, rebates, and discount levels to maximize profitability.
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, main contractors, and developers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the builders merchants sector.
- Strong knowledge of roofing or associated products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and hungry for success.
