Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy for our consulting proposition, aligned with best market practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sustainability initiatives.
  • Establish robust systems for collecting and analyzing ESG-related data.
  • Conduct ESG risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand and contribute to sustainability goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in ESG and sustainability roles, ideally in the Circular Economy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
