About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our distributed systems. As a key member of our test team, you will be responsible for managing vendors, developing test strategies, and overseeing the execution of Operational Acceptance Tests (OAT) and Unit Testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of testers and vendors to deliver high-quality test results
  • Develop and implement test strategies and approaches for distributed systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with testing methodologies and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in OAT/Unit Testing Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with distributed test architectures and vendor management
  • Knowledge of App servers (Tomcat), DB Servers (Informatica, SQL, Oracle), and Middleware (Mulesoft)
