About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Lecturer in Medical Genetics to join our dynamic team at Queen Mary University of London. As a key member of our Biology Department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programs in Medical Genetics, with a focus on undergraduate and postgraduate students.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong academic background in Human Medical Genetics, with expertise in data analysis and/or lab methods. You will also have a proven track record of mentoring students and developing educational modules and programs centered on skills acquisition and employability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs in Medical Genetics
- Mentor students and develop educational modules and programs centered on skills acquisition and employability
- Contribute to the development of our educational programs and research initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and institutional goals
Requirements
- PhD in Medical Genetics or a related field
- Expertise in data analysis and/or lab methods
- Proven track record of mentoring students and developing educational modules and programs
- Strong academic background in Human Medical Genetics
