Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education are delivered to our children, while also contributing to the overall success of the nursery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and education.

About Our Nursery

Bright Horizons WoodLand Day Nursery and Preschool is a highly regarded Ofsted-rated Good nursery, providing exceptional care and education to children from 3 months to 5 years old.

Our nursery is situated in a beautiful location, just off the M40 on the Jaguar/Land Rover site in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

The Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the highest standards of care and education are delivered to our children
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead at the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in care and education
