Job Summary:
Goodstack is seeking a skilled Nonprofit Accounting Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, including Trustees, Foundations Manager, and external accounting and tax firms.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1-3 years post-qualified experience.
  • A strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, US GAAP).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements in financial workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
