Van Sales Executive

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our company's values and mission. Your primary objective will be to maximise LCV sales with associated finance and accessories, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage incoming leads through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Conduct visual health checks and follow up on deferred work, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Retain and mature contracts for finance and service, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
  • Promote all connectivity options with vehicles, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Take high-quality images and videos of used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, providing customers with expert advice on commercial vehicles, equipment, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vehicles and the brand, leveraging effective marketing strategies.
  • Conclude sales contracts, manage orders, and supervise order processing, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Stay proactive in understanding the sales area, following up on all contacts, and maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
  • Continuously update and improve product knowledge, staying informed about the brand and competitor's offers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and advice.
  • Assist in analysing online advert performance and advise on necessary updates to improve views and enquiries.
  • Manage and respond to live chat software on our websites, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve individual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall success.
Requirements
  • Completed sales training in the light commercial vehicle industry, with relevant direct work experience.
  • Previous commercial vehicle sales experience, with a strong understanding of online used advertising platforms.
  • Articulate and able to argue logically and clearly, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy, with basic sales processes knowledge - prospecting through to closing business.
  • Confident IT skills, with the ability to use Internet systems and Microsoft Windows applications.
