Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Water Instructor to join our team at Ducklings and Dolphins Swim School.

Role Summary: To instruct and guide individuals of all ages and abilities in swimming skills, technique, and confidence-building exercises.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that cater to individual needs and abilities.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess and record participant progress and achievements.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements: Level 2 Swim Teachers qualification and DBS clearance.

Salary: £20 per hour.
