Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and motivate our team in delivering new and developing projects at our site in Tunstead. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception and scoping to execution, handover, and ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the investment budget on projects.
  • Ensure the safety of site staff and contractors under the 2015 CDM Regulations.
  • Responsible for financial control of projects from conception to handover.
  • Ensure projects deliver all objectives as set out in the initial justification.
  • Manage the project team to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Provide engineering advice and support to the site for problem-solving, process design, and operational improvements.
  • Responsible for all projects to ensure zero harm and achieve financial, program, and business objectives.
  • Manage projects to achieve the lowest cost of ownership.
  • Apply Project Management and Engineering skills to identify opportunities for cost savings and develop innovative solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • CAD experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to ensure clean and timely transition from Project to BAU.
