Job Title: Automotive Claims Specialist

WeRecruit Auto Ltd is seeking an experienced Automotive Claims Specialist to join our team. This role involves assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
  • Maintain accurate invoicing and estimate production to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Control estimating costs to ensure effective cost management.
  • Support site operations across the network, providing high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial parts assessments to reduce key-to-key times and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure repair methodologies align with British Standards 10125 standards.
  • Identify non-compliant cases and instances of lost profit, reporting them to management.
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge and experience in body and paint repair within the Accident Repair industry.
  • Estimating expertise.
  • Possession of Association of Technicians Accreditation (ATA) or willingness to attain it if required by the company.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £37,500 per annum, plus bonus, representing a competitive offer in the region.
