**Job Summary**

Premier Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Derby. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of NEC contracts and excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities include implementing contractual changes, collaborating with project teams, and providing guidance on contract interpretation.

The ideal candidate will possess a good track record of applying NEC contracts in infrastructure or technology projects and have a solid understanding of construction and contract law.

Key Requirements:

  • An appropriate degree in Quantity Surveying or at least 4 years equivalent experience in an engineering and technical environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (NEC3 & NEC4).
  • Excellent IT skills (proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential).

This role offers a competitive salary of £56k, depending on experience, plus car allowance and benefits.
