Site Services and Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Site Services and Compliance Manager to join our Engineering Team at our Brackley site. The role is factory and office based, working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment with critical hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 9 engineering personnel across various disciplines to support all activities on site.
  • Responsible for Site Service team, Engineering Stores, Facilities projects, and all aspects of Site and Engineering Compliance.
  • Ensure infrastructure of internal and external building and grounds are well maintained and in good state of repair daily.
  • Manage jobs on SPIDEX for fabrication, glass, and plastic, and health and safety issues.
  • Site responsible person for HSB insurance compliance for LOLER and pressure vessels.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of Ancillary functions, including water treatment, water towers, DAF Plant, boilers, air compressors, vacuum pumps, air con, fire alarm/extinguishers, PAT testing, and thermal imaging.
  • Contractor Management.
  • Identify training needs of the team to coach, train, and develop them to provide opportunities to fulfill their roles and develop to their potential.
Requirements
  • HNC certification or Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering.
  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH.
  • Proven planning expertise.
  • Proven strengths in building strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Experience in Engineering Compliance.
  • Food manufacturing experience.
  • Experience managing projects.
