About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse. As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights, and will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder
  • Develop therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement
  • Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
  • At a more senior level, lead shifts, mentor, and support student nurses and other team members
Requirements
  • RMN/RMNH qualification
  • Pre-registration complete or preceptorship experience
  • Excellent team working skills and a flexible approach
  • Commitment to Personal Learning and Development, Evidence and Values-Based Practice, and Patient-Centered Care
