About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at Nando's. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature PERi-PERi meals to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals to Nando's high standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Set up, maintain, and hand over clean, safe, and fully operational workstations, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to deep cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Adhere to fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
