Are you a healthcare professional looking for a new challenge? As a Clinical Assessor with GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the impact of health conditions and disabilities on individuals' day-to-day lives.
You will conduct initial reviews, assessments, and evaluations to determine how a claimant's health condition or disability affects their ability to perform daily activities. Our hybrid model allows you to work from home and attend face-to-face assessments at our centres or in claimants' homes.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent observational and communication skills, as well as strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and remote system access. You will be trained to provide comprehensive reports, analyzing clinical information and supporting evidence to support the DWP in making informed decisions.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,500 (pro rata for part-time) plus a 5% retention bonus. Upon achieving remote approved status, your salary will increase to £39,900 plus up to 10% bonus. Upon achieving face-to-face delivery, your salary will increase to £41,500 plus up to 10% bonus.
The first six months may present challenges, but our dedicated mentorship program will support you every step of the way. We prioritize your ongoing development, providing a 12-week training program and opportunities for self-development learning.
