About the Role:
This is a full-time position that involves working as part of a dynamic team to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who share our vision of ensuring nobody struggles in their day-to-day life.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.94 per hour, with enhancements for bank holidays and Christmas Day. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including career development opportunities, ongoing training and development, and a referral bonus scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centered care to individuals in their own homes
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with service users and their families
- Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- A UK driving licence
- Ability to commit to alternate weekend work
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in people's lives
