Job Title: Nursery Caregiver

We are seeking a qualified Nursery Caregiver to join our team in Shoreham-by-Sea. As a key member of the nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young children.

What You'll Do:
Create a safe, engaging environment that fosters learning and development.
Plan and deliver activities that inspire children to grow and thrive.
Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth daily routines.
Foster strong relationships with children and their families.

Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A warm personality with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
