Construction Finance Specialist

The Client:
CV-Library is working with a well-established main contractor in East Anglia, delivering a range of complex projects across various business sectors.
As a key member of the team, you will oversee the finances of multiple construction projects, from initial enquiry to handover. Your work will involve preparing detailed breakdowns of build costs, forecasting and monitoring cash flow, and procuring sub-contract works.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor and Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have experience working on residential projects up to £5m in value and will be responsible for managing project finances, including pricing construction works and preparing detailed tenders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A relevant Construction related Degree or equivalent Higher Education course
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Proven longevity with an established main contractor

Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
