**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Recovery Specialist to join our team at Turning Point. As a leading health and social care provider, we take pride in the services we offer. In this role, you will provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their individualized support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement person-centered support plans that promote recovery and well-being.
  • To deliver interventions and services in a non-judgmental and recovery-based manner.
  • To maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
  • To assist in the induction of new staff members.

Requirements:

  • A genuine desire to support individuals in their recovery journey.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work flexibly on a roster basis.
  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum.
  • 33 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service up to 35 days.
  • The option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
